Orphanage Conditions and Needs
Funding provided to Russia orphanages just enough to cover the absolute bare essentials for the children and to pay the support staff. Funds for additional medical services, quality nutritional foods and other items are seldom available.
Ilinka Orphanage
The Ilinka Orphanage also has a “daycare” facility sharing the same building. Mostly our younger children are in this orphanage. It is a poor orphanage with little means of support
Building needs: desks, school supplies, computer, furniture for the common room (couch, chairs, rugs), beds for the children, television
Children needs: shoes, medical supplies (band aids, toothpaste, etc.), brushes, towels, soap, shampoo, shirts, pants, socks

Nikrosovka Orphanage
The orphanage is in a very run down building. Older children reside here. Many can not attend school because of their personal condition.
Building needs: windows, general maintenance, desks, flooring (vinyl or linoleum), tables to eat on, wood working tools, sewing machines.
Children needs: With this orphanage having older children we need to get them to school with shoes, socks, pants, shirts. After this we also need personal products (combs, brushes, shampoo, soap, etc.).
Mirnoe Orphanage
Here we have many children that come and go and are usually older children.
Building needs: This is a 2 story building with many large rooms, but are in bad condition: windows, general maintenance, desks, flooring (vinyl or linoleum, rugs), tables to eat on, sewing machines. This orphanage has very little of anything for the children to do, so any material or tools to provided for them to learn a trade is needed.
Children needs: With this orphanage having older children we need to get them to school with shoes, socks, pants, shirts. Additionally personal care products are needed (combs, brushes, shampoo, soap, etc.).
Karsokova Orphanage 
This building is an old building that sits lower on the ground, so any drainage flows down to the building giving an unhealthy and unsafe living condition for the children.
Building Needs: First and foremost we need to re-direct the drainage to the building. We then need to look at general work. The outside needs general construction to repair gutters, porch, cement, etc.
Children needs: With this orphanage having older children we need to get them to school with shoes, socks, pants, shirts. After this we also need personal products (combs, brushes, shampoo, soap, etc.). They do not have any place to play soccer. Male role models and someone to help them to become social are in real need. They are remote and have little contact with society.
